Casa Dominica is a residential project located in Villas Caribe, within the Bahía Príncipe community. The residence combines 250 m² of built space with extensive outdoor areas designed as an integral part of the home.
Its architecture creates a continuous relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces, integrating the residence’s volumes, living areas and exterior environments into a cohesive composition.
The project was delivered through a comprehensive construction process encompassing structural work, masonry, building systems, finishes, glazing, carpentry and built-in furniture.

Construction of the structural and masonry elements required to shape the residence, define its living spaces and create a seamless relationship between the different areas of the project.
