A residence defined by geometry, light and its connection to the outdoors.
Casa Agua is a residential project located in Villas Caribe, within Bahía Príncipe. The residence combines 245 m² of built space with 418 m² dedicated to gardens and a swimming pool.
Its architecture is composed of white volumes of varying heights, vertical openings, dark-framed glazing and outdoor spaces seamlessly integrated with the residence’s social areas.
Arteza was responsible for the comprehensive execution of the project, coordinating structural work, masonry, building systems, finishes, glazing, carpentry and built-in furniture.

Composition of Volumes
The residence is defined by a series of geometric volumes that create varying heights, terraces and transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Integrated Building Systems
The scope included electrical, sanitary and plumbing systems, air conditioning and gas installations, all integrated within the overall construction process.
Finishes & Specialized Work
Construction was completed with exterior and fine finishes, built-in furniture, glazing and carpentry, maintaining a consistent standard of execution throughout the project.
